Our Mission
To bring hope and change lives of individuals suffering from diabetes and the rest of the communities through sustainable capacity building, health education and other related programs as well as support for the vulnerable communities.
Our Vision
To bring hope to and reduce the suffering of people suffering from diabetes and change the lives of everyone we come into contact with and especially the vulnerable people we serve.
Our Objectives
To identify, build hope and confidence in people living with diabetes and other vulnerable members in community.
To create awareness on the prevention of diabetes and other diseases that are preventable and curable like HIV/AIDS, malaria, TB, Leprosy and the immunisable diseases and others so as to have good health among the community members.
To arrange and avail possible treatment means for diabetic people in our community
To help patients who cannot afford buying insulin by offering them possible means of transport to the nearest hospitals/health facilities.
To lobby and advocate for the rights of vulnerable people especially in the diabetic patients, orphans and widows of those who have died of diabetes and involve them in active participation of the development activities.
To enhance the use of technology for information dissemination and use of the information communication technology in creating awareness about preventable diseases like diabetes and other related activities
To promote vocational skills and special needs training for people living with diabetes
To offer services that are aimed at improving the lives of and giving hope to victims of diabetes and other incurable diseases like cancer and other vulnerable people in our communities.
